On 13 May 2025, Sinfonia Varsovia launched a tender for the selection of a general contractor to deliver the second stage of construction of its new headquarters at 272 Grochowska Street in Warsaw.
This is a key milestone in the realization of a multi-phase investment, the centerpiece of which will be the largest concert hall in Poland – with a capacity of 1,877 seats. The hall has been design in cooperation with renowned acousticians from Berlin (Müller-BBM) and Brussels (Eckhard Kahle Acoustics). Its form combines features of the classic shoebox layout with modern vineyard typology.
This phase of the project also includes the construction of a chamber hall, rehearsal spaces and the renovation of two historic outbuildings. The construction is scheduled for completion in 2030.
